1. We have crossed 400 projects helping builders achieve Energy Conservation Building Code (ECBC) in Telangana and AP 

2. We do Occupancy Stage ECBC certificate as well and completed a number of projects in both the states.
 
3. ECBC - Energy Conservation Building Code is applicable to commercial buildings or building complexes with a plot area of 1000m2 or more or 2000m2 built-up area whichever is higher in TSECBC / APECBC.
However certain categories of buildings such as Multiplexes, Hospitals, Hotels, and Convention Centers have been made TSECBC / APECBC mandatory irrespective of built-up area.
